Recipe

3/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves (optional)
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup golden raisins
1 cup chocolate chips (I used white cuz that's what I had)

Mix butter for 30 secs then add in sugars, powder, soda and mix until blended.
Then mix in cinnamon and cloves (optional), then slowly add eggs and vanilla.
Add in flour until mixed.  Then add in remaining items and add nuts if you choose. I only had walnuts and I don't like them so meh. Hehehehehehe
Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 mins until brown on edges and toothpick comes out clean. 
Cool on wire rack. Yummie yummie!

I'm feeling better and starting up again!!!

So I've been feeling bad due to my back but I've feeling a little better now.  So I'm making ryan a special treat tonight!  I'm not telling cause he follows my blog and it's a surprise.  Hehehe love you honey!  Look forward tonight to pics and recipe :)

Next project

Tonight I made chicken and rice bake :-)  It was yummie.  I took 2 lbs of skinless, boneless chicken breast and chopped into cubes.  Then one can of cream of chicken soup.  and then took of about 2 cups of white rice and mixed together.  Bake at 450 for about 40 minutes covered with foil. In the last 15 mins, top with cheddar cheese (mild or sharp) and bake the rest of the time.

Take out and let cool for 10 mins and serve.  :-) yummie
